- DHDaniel HoseJun 30, 20261.0REI sold me a flimsy bicycle. Hit a 2in pothole at 5mph, the bike, their store brand bike, crumpled up. Usually they sell it for 600 but I got a Christmas time for 450. It seemed like a normal mountain bike but it's made out of tin foil or something. There other stuff's good just don't buy any of their REI bicycles

It seems high priced sometimes especially for clothing . But they have a great return and warranty policy. I like REI a lot . I buy things that I need not a expensive T shirt.
