  Such wonderful customer service! I made an appointment last week for a tune up, brought my bike in today and it was done this afternoon. Lucas called me to let me know what was going on with the bike before proceeding with the work, and was so helpful answering all my questions when I picked the bike up! Reasonable prices too!

  I dropped off my Kona Smoke commuter to get new drop handle bars. I dropped off shifters I got off eBay and some Surly corner bars. They fixed a massive laundry list of stuff on my bike and just knew what I wanted. I wanted a reliable fun bike and didn’t upsell me on anything! Example: chain and cassette are worn out. Mechanic said seems fine but bring it it when skipping gets to a point you don’t like it. The quality of the bar tape and setup is great! They added bar ends, they fixed brakes, stuff I didn’t realize I needed, but also didn’t cost me a bunch more. My old crusty bike feels amazing now. Stoked to ride my bike! Thanks!!
