- DDDavisSep 23, 20262.0Nobody knows anything. But they gear I needed was here. Just dont expect the workers to actually use the stuff they sell.
- KKKMSep 9, 20261.0Zero customer service. They avoid you like the plague.
- BKBen KSep 9, 20263.0It's an REI. Parking is fine. They took forever finding my online order but did find it eventually.
- MMMiaoAug 30, 20265.0Had a great experience at REI Bellevue today. The bicycle section was quite busy, but Curtis greeted me and took the time to help me find the bike rack I was looking for. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and patiently answered all of my questions. What I appreciated most was the help after checkout. The bike rack package was quite heavy, and Curtis helped put it on a cart, brought it all the way out to my car, and even helped me load it into the car. That extra bit of help made things so much easier and was genuinely appreciated.
