  This location is great but the employee who works in the shoe section here is seriously 10/10. We visited this store on 6/30 later in the evening to get a new pair of shoes and the man who helped us was so knowledgeable and kind. He gave the best recommendation for my new shoes and I am so thrilled with them. Highly recommend stopping by for your next street-to-trail shoe!

  Went in to shop cycling shoes knowing nothing about it. Had a full crash course with one of the associates and learnt a ton, thankful for his knowledge and help!

  Bought several REI Shadefactor50 long sleeve sun shirts during the annual sale. Recently I biffed it running across the street and scraped up my elbow and knee to the point of bleeding fairly well. The shirt did not rip! I was amazed how bloody it was (the blood came out in the wash) and yet the sleeve was intact.

  Appalling behavior from employee Ilya: Employee Ilya at REI Bellevue was shockingly rude and unprofessional. He tried to throw my purchased jacket across the counter at me, was openly condescending, and started an unprovoked racial verbal confrontation over a simple transaction. My wife witnessed everything. This behavior is completely unacceptable from any customer-facing employee. Store manager notified and formal complaint filed with REI corporate. Security footage review in process.

  REI store Bellevue is one of the best stores for anyone who loves the outdoors, fitness, travel, or sports. I visited, I am impressed by the huge selection of products and how well organized the store is. They carry an excellent variety of camping, hiking, and outdoor gear, along with sports equipment and accessories for all experience levels. The shoe department is especially impressive, with a wide selection for men, women, and kids. I was happy to find brands like On Cloud shoes and other high quality athletic footwear that can often be difficult to find in physical stores. The clothing section is another highlight. They offer a fantastic range of outdoor and activewear brands, including many performance and sports clothing options that I usually only see available online. It’s great to be able to see, feel, and try these products in person before purchasing. Eg ( on cloud clothes ) The store also has a huge selection of backpacks, travel bags, daypacks, and outdoor accessories for every type of adventure. Whether you’re planning a camping trip, a hike, a family outing, or simply looking for comfortable activewear, there is something for everyone. What I love most is walking through the store and exploring all the different sections. The displays are inspiring, the products are high quality, and the overall shopping experience is enjoyable. REI Bellevue is truly a wonderful destination for outdoor enthusiasts and anyone looking for reliable sports and adventure gear. Highly recommended this store to visit.
