  Unfriendly and unprofessional customer service. Was put in a waitlist to be helped in the shoe department and waited over an hour because they accidentally wiped our name off the list. Finally got the pair of shoes we requested, but it was the last pair so the associate grabbed the shoe off of the display, and the other one in the box had a dirty spot on it. Extremely disappointed and a waste of time.

  Went in 5/9 in the afternoon with the full intent of buying a 45L backpack for my upcoming trip. I stood in the backpack area for over 20 minutes and was trying to find someone to help me get the right fit. There was a female employee in the area that just kept walking around but refused to acknowledge me. However, another male customer walked up and she chatted with him about what he was looking for and everything. This was honestly really upsetting because I was ignored on purpose (even when I was about to spend $200+ on a pack) and would've liked help. I left without buying anything, and will not be coming back to this location. Such a shame.

  Cashier guy had no customer service threw the receipt at us and didn’t even fold clothes or asked if we need any bag, felt discrimination in plain sight, not coming back here

  These prices are beyond offensive. They're insulting. They think they're a designer brand now. I wouldn't give these guys a cent.

  A reliable REI location with a consistent REI experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is a bit of a mess with tight turns and small spots. Take the train to Wliburton or East Main instead. It's a walk but a nice walk.
