- MMMiao4 days ago5.0Had a great experience at REI Bellevue today. The bicycle section was quite busy, but Curtis greeted me and took the time to help me find the bike rack I was looking for. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and patiently answered all of my questions. What I appreciated most was the help after checkout. The bike rack package was quite heavy, and Curtis helped put it on a cart, brought it all the way out to my car, and even helped me load it into the car. That extra bit of help made things so much easier and was genuinely appreciated.

This location doesn’t have the barefoot shoe selection that the Seattle store does, but in general I love REI. The staff at this are amazing. We spoke to at least three different people, and they were all delightful.
