And somehow she took care of everybody, with a huge smile!! Imagine my surprise when we went to the Lynnwood Lucky Strike tonight and saw Star there, too!! This type of employee builds relationships and loyalty with customers. I applaud Lucky Strike for recognizing her shining abilities! She is a keeper!!!!

I believe his name is Iman, he had a nice fade. Honestly was a super big help all throughout the night. He took amazing care of at all times. Definitely recommend doing the all unlimited bowl.
- JWJulie WangJun 12, 20261.0TL;DR Your reservation is only good for 5 minutes. Today my family and I decided to go bowling and arrived at around 7PM. There was an event going on in the bowling area and we were told that 7 groups were ahead of us. The employee said they did not know how long we would be waiting. We figured because we were in a mall and there were a lot of people waiting, we could walk around until it was our turn. After about 30 minutes we received a message that we could go back for our reservation. On the website Lucky Strike uses, there was an item you could click if you were unable/no longer interested in your reservation or “I’m coming”. Being on the other side of the mall, we clicked that we were coming, which turned out to be pointless. After about 10 minutes of walking from one side of the mall to the other, the employee told us that we had missed the 5 minute window for the reservation. He had not mentioned this policy at all, none of the four people in our party heard him mention it. The context of this location being in a mall as well as the “5-minute policy” is what is a bit silly about the whole situation. The only thing we could do was be added AGAIN to the existing waitlist so we left. I wonder how many of the other 7 groups also “missed” their reservation. This experience has really left a sour-taste as people who frequently go to this locations arcade. Please have signage that explains the 5-minute policy or ensure employees ALWAYS mention this.
