- TBTom BorysAug 6, 20261.0DO NOT ORDER A BIKE THROUGH REI. I recently ordered a bike for my son, and it turns out they use freight companies for the shipping. It’s already a week late and I’ve been given constant misinformation. Do yourself a big favor and order from a bike dealer that ships via regular residential carriers like UPS or FedEx.
