  Nice staff, and they really do the best they can. Just be aware that you need to arrive right when they open on weekends or be prepared for a wait of over an hour. They don’t separate online reservations from walk‑ins, so on busy days the line moves slowly. The people here are very kind — just plan ahead and get there early.

  One of the worst experiences ever! Used to”My Epic” to get lift pass but 5/6 passes were missed labeled where it took them 3-4 hours to resolved. After everything, we were on the snow for 1 hour. Icing on the cake was when my shoe was stolen. When I asked the employees for help, they were more concerned about having us leave so they can clock out. For the price, this wasn’t worth it at all.
