It isn't the biggest, so sometimes they don't have everything but they will order it for you and get it sent to your house or the store. Very convenient and never super crowded even during their big sales.

Presented receipt and two pairs of Altra boots still in the box, worn twice ($350 bought new) to return/ exchange/store credit, and nothing could be done since no membership purchased. Was even willing to purchase membership to appease policy but was turned away. Will not spend another dime with REI.
