Even better, the help we received was amazing. REI staff members were attentive and personable and went the extra mile to address our questions when we had them. Mostly, we left with something we really like, new hiking shoes, and plans to go back for more camping equipment. Membership with REI is lifetime and we've shopped at REI for years. Loved everything we've bought. Worth every penny when your feet are your investment in your future.
