- MMMorgan McOmberJun 18, 20262.0Said they could change a tire for $18, walked out paying $71 which would have been fine if they had told me they would charge that upfront for replacing the tube. They also tried to change my other tire which would have been ANOTHER $71 which did not need changing. Could have walked out of here for the same bike $600 later if I added all they tried to sell me - I did not realize they work on commission, be warned. Wayyy overpriced.
- KNKelly NeishJun 15, 20265.0I cannot say enough about how helpful Scott at Trek SLC was! We rented bikes for Little Red Riding Hood, travelling from the Central New York area. We were indecisive about the bike sizes, and Scott cheerfully swapped out pedals, tires and sizes. Although the shop was closed on Sunday, Scott was able to meet us there so that we could drop off the bikes before our flight home that evening. We were also able to park in the lot for the Parade, use the restroom, and ask for advice on other things to do. The Mount Jordan Hike was perfect btw! I absolutely love that you are building up your rental inventory! Top notch service and so incredibly helpful! Thank you Scott!!! I give it 5 Stars!!

They welcomed me very cordially and took a look into the bike. One of them fixed it in a minute or so and did a full checkup. Afterwards, they didn't even charge me for it!! Highly recommend this shop because I can vouch for the people who are running this shop. They are great people and knows their craft
