  Went here quite a few times for eBike repairs and I'll say their bike/eBike services are pretty good but are limited to what they can service electronically. ): I will say tho, I went there today and I wasn't expecting to get my tube replacement same day. Tho I wasn't in too much of a rush, I reluctantly left my eBike with them for the day (mainly cos I had to be somewhere)

  I am extremely disappointed with my shopping experience at REI. As a person of color, I felt that I was being followed around the store by an employee while I shopped. Their behavior made me feel watched, unwelcome, and deeply uncomfortable. What should have been a normal shopping trip became an upsetting and humiliating experience. No customer should be treated like that. REI needs to take concerns about profiling seriously and ensure that every customer is treated with dignity and respect. I expected much better from this company. How dare you make a paying customer feel this way.

  Would love to see a more welcoming dog area. It is quite hot, exposed, and concrete where the dogs are allowed outside the store. It seems dangerous to leave dogs out here in the summertime. I found myself quite rushed shopping because I was worried about my dog outside. I would’ve expected a place that carries premium outdoor dog equipment to be more accommodating to dog owners.

  Amy in customer service was very rude. I got shoes in a regular but ended up returning because they didn’t fit and I needed a wide. Amy says this “isn’t in the spirit of the return policy”. As far I’m aware this is exactly what the return policy is for, I tried something and it didn’t work so I returned it for something that hopefully does. Never met an REI employee with such a bad attitude.
