  Rumble boxing is hands-down my favorite workout. The 45 min classes fly by because it's half boxing, half strength, and 100% energy. Instructors are super motivating.

  I love this gym, as someone who has never felt comfortable working out in front of others this place has made me feel so welcomed and judgement free. It’s a community of amazing people! They dim the light/turn on colorful lights or black light, blast dance music, and direct/guide you through the whole class. And the boxing???? So much fun! They have combos of the day so it’s always something different. Sometimes they put on little events and will have vendors come in, and they support your milestones in such fun ways. When I went on my birthday they had written happy birthday on my locker & gave me an energy drink. It’s simply the best environment, I’m 34 classes in with many more to come!

  The workouts here rock! It’s a great format with the exercise bench segment, and punching bag round. I’ve been able to take a handful of classes here the energy is electric. The music’s always fire, the instructors are fun, encouraging, and do a great job leading class by explaining and demonstrating the layout of the workout. The spherical water filled bags are really satisfying to punch especially the upper cuts when you land both the light ones and heavy hits. There is a nice variety of punch combos with the current displayed incase you forget. Join a session, and check them out!

  Normally I wouldn’t brag but these classes are amazing! They have something for every one. Even for the big girls like me and I weigh in 297lbs!! This is definitely my year to change that!!!

  First timer!!! It was AMAZING and Fun atmosphere!! Everyone was friendly and so helpful and motivational.
