These are the one true bike racks. I have never come back to a snow covered seat or a drenched bike when I've left my bike here.
The security cameras are a great feature (although they need a few more) and the easy access to the elevator is magnificent.
Here are a few of my minor complaints. It can be annoying to get crammed into an elevator during the winter with people who you know don't use the bike racks or the parking garage but just want to avoid the stairs. And then there are those people who do the same thing on the second floor to avoid the south campus stairs. If you try on a peak time (9:30 ish M-Th on a day where it's raining or snowing) you may have to wait for a few minutes before the elevator gets there.
Also there are several reviews saying no one would be brazen enough to come steal your bike; that's a false assumption. My bike bag got stolen here.

This is a nice, well-lit, out of the weather location with plenty of places to lock up a bike.
