From the first phone call with Matt to the multiple days in working with Easton, Egan, and others, I received nothing but positive help and great customer service. They made for such a fantastic ski experience! We were only going to hit the slopes on one day but ended up going for two, and with different people. This meant lots of impromptu trips to get skis as we 'recruited' ski buddies. This location was PHENOMENAL to work with--flexible with our returns and even so kind when we came in the last 10 minutes before closing and suited us up properly. It has made a great impression and we can't wait to hit the slopes again next season! Thanks to you all for great customer service.
