  We took our ebike here this week because the front tire was unstable and its the bike we use with our 21 month old. We wanted to Make sure it was safe and were told they probably couldnt look at it for a week which we were okay with. However, they looked at it right away and were quickly able to identify the issue which was incorrect assembly of the front tire based on the work of the last shop that tuned it up. He fixed it right away and we left with our bike the same day. They would not let us pay. Floored by the excellent customer service and so grateful because our kid’s safety is everything. Thank you!

  The staff here is exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They’ve been able to true wheels for me that I assumed were beyond fixable and done a great job of rebuilding ones that actually were. They do a great job of communicating work order status as well.

  The purchase of my FX 2 GEN4 is directly attributed to Scott, the store manager. I brought in a 20 year-old Cannondale H 300 in for repairs. While waiting for the estimate to be prepared, I perused the bike shop to consider a new bike rather than spend money on the Cannondale. I landed on the FX line to which I began asking Scott questions about the FX 1 in the FX 2. Scott provided expert advice on both bikes while not pushing me either way. Scott was very patient and took the time to provide answers to every question. After selecting the FX2, I told Scott I wanted the new bike’s set up to feel similar to the Cannondale in so far as riding comfort/position goes. To help achieve the desired setup, I ordered a Promax adjustable stem which allows the desired handlebar height. When I picked the bike up the adjustable stem and wide-grips were already installed. I later learned that Scott took several measurements on my Cannondale before installing the stem. He set the exact angle of the stem, bringing the handlebar height and seat distance to that of the Cannondale. On my first ride of the new FX, the riding position felt almost identical to that of my Cannondale. To me, that is the pinnacle of good customer service; actually listening to what a customer asks then finding a solution for that request. I love the new Trek bike, the FX design/features are superior to a similar Specialized bike I was considering at another bike store. Additionally, I found all the employees to be very polite and knowledgeable. In a homogeneous bicycle market this characteristic alone distinguishes TREK Bicycle -The Woodlands bike shop above other bicycle stores have visited in The Woodlands/Conroe area.
