- CWCorye WestAug 28, 20261.0Terrible excuse for a bowling giant. Rude staff, overpriced drinks, and a watered-down experience that used to actually be worth getting dressed up and going out for. Before this place became Lucky Strike, my friends and I came here religiously—sometimes every other day—for months. We genuinely enjoyed coming here. Even after the transition to Lucky Strike, we continued to visit, but over time we noticed a significant decline in the customer service experience, including interactions with management. The final straw happened when we ordered the pizza and margarita pitcher combo, which is $34.99. Not a bad deal, right? Since there were about 10 of us and we needed multiple pitchers at a time, we eventually had more pizza than we could possibly eat. So one day, we simply asked: “Hey, can we get the margarita pitcher combo, but could you guys keep the pizza? We have too many pizzas already.” We weren’t asking for anything complicated or unreasonable. We just didn’t need another pizza and wanted multiple pitchers because there were 10 of us. With that many people, everyone was only getting roughly a drink and a half from each pitcher anyway. Instead, the server charged us $90 for a single pitcher and told us: “We can’t do that, so I rang it up as 10 margaritas and poured them into a pitcher.” Naturally, we questioned the charge and spoke with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager gave us essentially the same explanation. We asked how that made any sense when all we had done was decline the pizza because we already had four pizzas sitting at the table. We weren’t trying to get extra alcohol, a discount, or anything for free—we simply didn’t want more food that we weren’t going to eat. Long story short, we were also cut off that night. We remained respectful throughout the entire situation and paid the bill, but we made it clear to management that we didn’t feel the way the situation was handled was right. After that experience, we never went back. It’s honestly disappointing because we used to be regular customers who genuinely enjoyed spending time here. Unfortunately, the combination of declining customer service, rude interactions, overpriced drinks, and an overall downgrade in the experience completely changed how we viewed the establishment. There are plenty of places to bowl and spend money. If you’re going to charge premium prices, the experience and customer service should actually feel premium.

The service, the food and the drinks were 10 times better. Definitely will be coming back very soon. Ryan was our server and he did an amazing job of making sure if we need anything.

The lady denied our summer pass bowling said we have to arrive before 4pm to use our summer passes, said it's the same policy all locations. I've played in other locations & was never a problem. See the attached policy summer season pass hours: Monday-Sunday Open-close. I hated it when people don't know how to do their job.

Opting for the **unlimited games** package was a smart move. It made much more sense than paying for just a couple of games, especially since we wanted to keep the good times rolling. With unlimited access, we could bowl to our heart's content without worrying about the clock. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. Overall, Lucky Strike Stafford combines great drinks, fun bowling, and a lively atmosphere that makes it a must-visit. Whether you're there for a casual night out or a celebration, you won't be disappointed. I’ll definitely be returning for more strikes and Fish Bowls! 🎳🥳
