Great experience with excellent service and fair pricing I had a really positive experience at Trek Bicycle. The staff was friendly, helpful, and clearly knowledgeable. They communicated clearly and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, which made everything straightforward and stress-free. They handled a warranty issue with my Shimano calipers professionally and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable, and the work was done well. Overall, this is a solid bike shop with great customer service. I’d definitely recommend them and will be back for future service needs.

This is a must stop shop for me whenever I'm in town. I'm always needing to tweak something or repair something whenever I come back from the trails and Trek ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS has what I need. Seriously, I check to see if they are open before I go out. Cause something will happen and I need to fix whatever that is fast. You guys are on point!

Go here for all of your needs, they are the most professional, kind, and welcoming people I’ve ever been helped by. Troy is wonderful.
