  Excellent customer service! I stopped by this Trek Bicycle Store today because I was having an issue with my rear wheel—it was completely deflated and I couldn’t get it to take air. Michael helped me out right away and took the time to show me how to properly use the pump so I could handle it myself in the future. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ve always been impressed with the service at this location. In my experience, they have some of the best customer service in San Antonio. They genuinely take care of their customers and are always willing to help. Highly recommend this Trek location, and a big thank you to Michael! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Outstanding service! They fixed my flat tire quickly and honestly. The front desk staff was extremely informative and helpful. I look forward to purchasing my new bicycle here in November!

  Walked in with chain issues and some quick tuning. Kiane had me back on the road fast. She tuned my rear hub after pulling it completely apart swear my head spun. Dam! 100% my shop now. I live in hondo and their very easy location is so steezy. For sure will purchase my next bike from here. Did i mention i had brought in my 20 yr old Specialized M4 converted to ss weighing in @25 llbs. I was so very, very impressed by trek crew kindness as they understood why i luv this bike. Thanks kids yall are so steezy and will ride with yall anytime!

  I called this little company after worrying all weekend long when we heard a continuous noise in our AC system. I have used Tietze before to replace my ducts and boxes. Crystal answered my call and immediately scheduled us for a visit this afternoon. The technician, Nicholas, showed up, ahead of time and went up to the hot attic without hesitation. Within minutes he found and repaired the problem! I told him and Crystal that they had been an answer to our prayers! They are the best, in town! I have used many other popular companies but none come close!!!
