  Best trek store in town. Jake is always super attentive and answers all my questions and random needs I encounter with my bike. I recommend this trek to everyone I come across in need of gear, advice, or something fixed!

  Subject: Thank You for Your Outstanding Service Trek San Antonio South, 835 SE Military Dr. Hello, I just had to write and thank you for the truly outstanding service you provided to my daughter, who has now completed her studies at Texas A&M and wanted to bring the bicycle she purchased from you back home to Sweden. She has been extremely happy with her Trek Dual Sport throughout her entire stay, and we are especially grateful for the help you gave her with servicing the bike before departure, as well as the very careful packaging for air transport. When we unpacked the bicycle here in Sweden, it was immediately clear how much care and attention had gone into preparing it. It is genuinely heartwarming to see people go the extra mile and do those little extra things, even when no one specifically asked for them.   My mother in laws car broke down right in their parking lot and couldn’t drive and had to wait for the mechanic the owner or the guy who drive a gold van was being so rude. He came out said was shouting saying “can’t you see I’m trying to run a business” he was rude and really unprofessional.

  I have been to this location twice now and the service/customer service is excellent. I’ve dealt with Eric both times and he is very kind and straightforward. I am not an avid bicyclist - I only ride on occasion and he was able to explain things to me in a way I understood. Most importantly, he did not take advantage of try to sell me something I didn’t need. I highly recommend this place even if you do not own a Trek bike.

  I was driving through from Corpus Christi to Waco and needed a front axle pin on my Trek Domane AL2. I called the stores in Austin and Gio, the service manager at the Lamar location, was able to refer me to the San Antonio location on SE Military Highway. Jake and August went above and beyond to provide excellent service, put the part aside, and wait for my arrival. They made it possible for me to participate in the weekend event that I'd been looking forward to for several months. I'll go back to that store because they were able to help when no one else could. Thank you!
