  This place is great, especially Efren. I was traveling the country in an RV and was leaving San Antonio that day when my 12 year-old daughter told me that her bike wasn’t working. Sure enough the cables were frayed and busted up so the gears wouldn’t work. This could have been a nightmare because we were on a jam packed adventure of the country with lots of stops and limited time. I called Bike World and spoke to Efren. He said they could get me in on the following Tuesday. I told him my situation and he told me to come right down. He fixed the bike WHILE WE WAITED and charged me so much less than I expected! It was the 3rd of July and a Friday no less, so I’m sure they were jammed. Efren and his crew are the type of people that care about biking and their customers and really go out of their way to help you. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you Efren.
