  From the moment we stepped into the store, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Lou took the time to listen carefully to our needs and what we were looking for in our bikes. He patiently and professionally explained the different options that would best fit us, without ever making us feel pressured. He helped us through the test rides and, most importantly, gave us the time and space to enjoy the moment and make our own decision. What we expected to be our first bike purchase turned into an absolutely amazing experience! Thanks to Lou and the entire team, we didn’t just buy bikes—we became part of the cycling community. The store itself is very clean, welcoming, and offers an impressive variety of options for everyone, from beginners to professional riders. This truly is a one-stop shop for bike purchases, accessories, maintenance, and service, along with great community events that make the experience even more special.   Very friendly and helpful staff! I came in on my lunch break to have the tubes on my son's bike replaced, and it was ready to pick up by the time I got off work. My son will be thrilled to be back on his bike!

  We don’t mind making the extra drive to this Trek store because we know Devin will always take great care of our bikes. His attention to detail, knowledge, and customer service are second to none. He takes the time to make sure everything is done right, explains things clearly, and genuinely seems to care about the people and bikes he’s working with. It’s hard to find someone you trust enough to keep coming back to, especially when there are closer options, but Devin has absolutely earned that trust with us. He’s the reason we continue to make the drive to this location. Highly recommend asking for him if you need your bike serviced!

  I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the entire Trek team for the outstanding service I received with the purchase of my new bike. Originally, I was told that the bicycle I ordered would take about two months to arrive. However, Devin went above and beyond and took the initiative to contact a friend at another Trek location out of state. They happened to have the exact bike I was looking for, and because of that extra effort, my bike arrived in about one week instead of two months. Once the bike arrived, Al quickly got it assembled and ready for me. He patiently explained all the bike features etc. I’ve been riding it, and it is running incredibly smoothly. The bike itself is absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. What impressed me most was the level of customer service. Nobody had to go through the extra effort of locating the bike somewhere else, but your team did it anyway. That kind of initiative and dedication to a customer deserves recognition.
