  I highly recommend Trek Alamo Heights to everyone. Their service is truly exceptional. When I encountered an issue with my bike, Efren went above and beyond to get me back on the road. He clearly communicated expectations, followed up diligently, and even provided his personal number for any questions or concerns when he wasn’t available at the shop. My greatest commendation goes to him and his staff for proactively offering their services for an issue that occurred at a different location, as they knew I would feel more comfortable with their shop and service. The staff is always friendly, and I never felt pressured to make any immediate decisions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning.

  My burner hybrid was in rough shape after months of heavy usage & skipped maintenance, acting up right before I was supposed to lead a community group ride on the greenway (WALKER RANCH trailhead). TOOK IT INTO TREK (AH) & HOMESLICE-Mario jumped in, quickly diagnosed the key issues, made sure the critical repairs were handled perfectly, + got us back on the trail smoothly and safely—MVP move that saved the whole event & left the bike performing stronger. handled it with amazing customer service truly need more peeps like this in the bike world!
