  REI is one of my favorite places to shop for outdoor gear. They have a great selection of quality equipment, clothing, and accessories, whether you’re into hiking, camping, cycling, kayaking, or just spending time outdoors. One thing I especially appreciate is that they offer both brand-new gear and a pre-owned section. It’s a great way to find quality equipment at a lower price while also giving used gear a second life. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to answer questions without any pressure. Whether you’re just getting started or have years of outdoor experience, REI is a fantastic place to browse, learn, and find gear you can trust. Highly recommended!

  Great expierence for my first time at REI! Colleen helped me compare all the different Leatherman options, let me handle each one, and took the time to explain the differences without making me feel rushed. This was my first Leatherman, so being able to actually hold them and ask questions made a huge difference. I left to see if I could find the color I wanted somewhere else, but after visiting a few other stores, I realized how much better the experience at REI had been. Nobody else came close to the level of customer service Colleen provided. Because of that, I came back and bought my Skeletool here. I even signed up for the membership while I was at it since she explained it so well. Big thanks to Colleen for making my first Leatherman purchase such a positive experience. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
