    All the employees were super helpful and friendly. They all had a great deal of knowledge and helped me select an appropriate sleeping bag for my camping trip and didn't try to up sell me but just helped me find what I needed.

    I usually go to the REI in Plano, but went to this one in Prosper because they had the equipment I needed in stock. It's a nice store, and the employees were friendly and helpful!
