Had a pretty bad experience. Signed my 15 year old up for flag football whom is homeschooled. This was his first time playing football ever in life and was so excited to be on a team and give it a try. Being his first time, I alarmed the coach for understanding that he is a rookie. Coach reassured all was well. The coach was also in his teens. Started off well, however, teens will be teens no matter in leadership or not ...clicks and separation started in the team, my son was majority of the whole season. He did not get much play in, even when he was open the other team mates never through the ball to him, only to their "friends". They ignored him well. Made him feel really bad and sad. I can tell his feelings were hurt every game. My son reached out to the coach once to ask why he was being sat, the coach responding with playing the experienced players, I'm assuming to win the game. That can't be the excuse every game, my son needed game time, plus I paid for this. My son was put in barely or rarely each game and the coach was right along with his buddies showing brief care of concern for my son after time passed. It was hurtful. I was hurt watching him hurt. If you child has no experience, learn from our experience and hope for a better loving coach.

Website is the most frustrating thing you will ever experience. The waivers can't be signed online because the link isn't resolving correctly. Accounts can't be created if they were previously under your parents' name and have no way to access it. And you think the website is bad but the app is even worse. Nothing loads and it's clear they don't care about the user experience.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with this track program. My daughter attended her very first practice, and the environment felt extremely disorganized and overcrowded. As a parent, it was hard to even tell what was going on at times, and for a child trying something new for the first time, it felt very overwhelming. What disappointed me most was that the coaches did not come across as particularly welcoming or encouraging, especially toward younger/new athletes who may already feel nervous walking in. My daughter left feeling uncomfortable and discouraged instead of excited. I want to add that we’ve previously done PSA soccer in McKinney and had a great experience there. I also spoke with the “director” afterward regarding the situation and the possibility of a refund since my daughter only attended one practice. The response felt very unapologetic and dismissive…essentially just “well, bring her back.” There didn’t seem to be much concern about why a child’s first experience left her not wanting to return in the first place. I completely understand that sports programs can be busy, but first impressions matter, especially with kids. Unfortunately, this just was not a positive experience for our family, and there was zero flexibility offered regarding the $225 registration fee despite only attending one practice. Just sharing our honest experience for other parents considering the program.

6 dedicated pickleball courts. Some dead spots (ball not bounced normal) on the floor.
