  I went after work on a Tuesday recently and enjoyed my experience. It had been a year since I’ve shot my handgun and I was admittedly out of practice. But my experience was positive, I was interrupted once by the RSO. I appreciate the professional and respectful approach because he informed me I was shooting way too low. I am a fan of businesses who are proactive and the staff that day were proactive and helpful. Additionally, the interruption from the RSO was appropriate and reminded me I needed to slow down. My only complaint is that I wish I could make full use of larger targets but that’s because my grouping clearly needs more work. I look forward to returning with my business and potentially becoming a member.

  All around excellent range. From the professional front desk personnel explaining rates and expectations to professional RSO’s that have helped me on multiple occasions with jams and stove pipes that I wasn’t comfortable clearing. They explained the process and I learned the safe way to work on my gun. I appreciate them having my back and feel safe on the firing line. This is very important to me. It is why I became a member at TR. it is an excellent place to practice. Great staff front to back. Thom and his wife deserve credit as well. They put together a great staff and first class range. Thank you for that.

  Overall, I had a good experience with the front desk staff. However, my experience inside the range was disappointing compared to previous visits. The older staff members used to be much more polite, patient, and helpful. During this visit, the current RSO (medium-built gentleman) responded poorly when I asked for help with one of the rental firearms. Since it was a rental rifle that I wasn’t familiar with, I asked for guidance after accidentally hitting the roof. Instead of helping me understand the correct handling, he immediately said that if I hit the roof one more time, we would have to pack up and leave. I completely understand the importance of safety, but the attitude felt unnecessary. Comments like “you need more practice” were discouraging — that’s exactly why people come to the range: to learn and improve safely. I had a very similar issue at the same range about a year ago, and the RSO at that time calmly showed me the correct way to hold and handle the rifle, which solved the issue immediately. That kind of professionalism and helpfulness makes a big difference. Not everyone visiting the range is a professional shooter. Many people come as beginners or simply for a safe weekend stress-relief activity. A more patient and respectful approach from staff would make the experience much better for everyone.

  I was gifted a membership and I have been a few times and it's a clean and modern range. The equipment is easy to use and was functional. My main complaint is that every single time I've gone shooting I've been interrupted by the staff. It's very distracting and really put me in a bad mood. I doubt I'll go back even though I have 8 months left.

  Great experience overall! The manager and staff are professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and safety was clearly a top priority. The lanes were organized, and the atmosphere was welcoming whether you’re a beginner or experienced shooter. I also appreciated how patient and helpful the employees were with questions. Definitely one of the best indoor ranges I’ve visited and this range is absolutely my go to range!
