  Robert was our field tech for sharpening and adjusting our greens mowers at Giddings Municipal Golf Course in Giddings, Tx. He did a fantastic job and was very fast. He was very accommodating with answering questions and took time to give us tips and lessons on the reels. Thanks so much Robert

  Heather Gates was astonishing. She is an incredible compliment to this company in Marble Falls, along with her supervisor. My John Deere zero turn Z Trac mower got stuck on a stump. Their location in Marble Fallls is far from our location in North Texas, so she put me in touch with Farmers Branch, but they were scheduled at least three weeks out. I called her back to see if there is anything else that we could do. She put me on hold for three minutes and then came back and said Farmers Branch would be calling me. Indeed, they were calling me before I even hung up with Heather! They are sending somebody today to move it, along with a trailer to take it back to the shop to make sure that the blades, the deck, and the transmission are OK, with the promise they would return it within a couple of days! This is literally the best Tractor service I have had in my life! Thank you so much Heather. We are a Wedding’s venue, so we really couldn’t wait three weeks. Heather, many thanks and much appreciation and hats off to you and your supervisor for making this happen for us, with that special call you made. It means everything! Five stars, but I would give 10 if I could! 🙏🤓👍😎🎉😇
