  Blonde woman at front desk was no help at all despite location being somewhat empty with one customer waiting. All i needed was an inner tube however her nails seemed to be more important than a sale.

  I had a great experience at Trek Westchase thanks to Heather. She took the time to thoroughly explain all the features on my new bike, making sure I felt comfortable and confident. Her knowledge and patience really stood out, and I left knowing I made the right choice. Highly recommend asking for her!

  I stopped by Trek Bicycle Shop looking to buy a bike box so I could ship my bike, and I had an amazing experience thanks to Brian. He told me to come back the next day and that he’d have a box ready for me, completely free of charge. He even took my number and personally called me the next morning to let me know everything was ready. When I came by, not only did he have the bike box ready, but he also included all the packing materials needed to securely pack the bike for shipping. This level of customer service is rare nowadays. Brian went above and beyond to help me out, and I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism. Huge thanks to Brian and the team at Trek Bicycle Shop!

  I took my bike there twice. The technicians were so knowledgeable and friendly. They treated me as if I were their friend. Love this company
