  Trek Bicycle Houston Westchase came to the rescue for my son’s bike, which had apparently decided it needed a little spa day. The team was wonderfully friendly and courteous, and the repair crew got everything rolling again while I wandered around the store admiring all the shiny two-wheeled possibilities. They seem to have a great selection of Trek bikes, and the whole shop had that welcoming “we know bikes and we’re happy to help” kind of energy. I also managed to beat the weekend repair rush by the skin of my helmet—because it definitely looks like the service area can get busy once the bicycle brigade rolls in. Great customer service, quick help, and one happy kid with a bike back in action!

  Very friendly and knowledgeable people. They fitted and installed a rear rack and performed maintenance. Outstanding service.

  Blonde woman at front desk was no help at all despite location being somewhat empty with one customer waiting. All i needed was an inner tube however her nails seemed to be more important than a sale.
