  They know their stuff! I brought in a non-Trek brand bike with a rubbing disc brake, Tyler fixed it right up. Also tuned my gears and trued my tire, all for well under 100 bucks. Will definitely be back, these guys are top notch.

  Trek always has amazing service but this was truly above and beyond. I needed a new bike computer mount asap for a race and these folks were able to confirm they had the specific part I needed and then overnight it to me in Washington. And they followed up the next day to make sure I got it! Some heroes work at bike shops.

  Augustin and Tyler were so great! As a beginner biker, Augustin was so patient and really took the time to explain things to me. Thanks for the top notch service, advice and helping me find MY bike. Beautiful store too! Even though there is a closer Trek location to my house, I’ll be returning to this store for future needs and services. You guys are awesome.
