  Despite being the annoying customer that arrives 15min before closing with a work order, I received assistance that was both warm and enthusiastic. Tito helped me identify the product I needed and worked to help me within my budget. He then expedited the repair on the spot and I was out the door in less than a half hour. The storefront closed 15min beforehand but he encouraged me to stay so he could finish the work so I wouldn't have to come back or go without my ride for another day. I SO appreciate this! Thank you!

  I am always so impressed with the customer service and nice employees at this location. They are always incredibly friendly and helpful. This is one of the stores in Houston in general where I think their customer service is always top notch. Been here many times with many good experiences. Great people.

  Every time I bring in a bike for maintenance in this location they give you these ridiculous up charges for replacing parts that when they sold them to you, they were basically indestructible. Most of the time bike maintenance can be done by disassembling and cleaning parts. that basically would be here for 100 years. If they were sitting in seawater you bring something in to be cleaned by these guys. They called you $300 and you end up with a $600 Bill I never bringing any of my bikes back to these guys. I’ve just been going over the years because of convenience, but it’s gotten more and more ridiculous. They train these technicians to basically replace your bike parts instead of cleaning them.

  Best Help ever finding the right bike for me. I didn't wanna have to lean over. I wanted to be able to sit up straight while I rode and they found me a classic "Electra" and ordered it so I would get the candy apple red color that my first car, a 1968 Mustang had! I love the extra touches like the handle grips and tires and seat are all matching in brown leather or great quality poly. It came with a complementary one year service tuneup and a lot of other perks. My daughter's family all have the Trek bike from them, which they live in the country and they are great for on or off-road and like mine just have a magical ride! Super nice helpful people working there.

  Customer service was excellent\! Our sales rep took his time explaining the differences between the two bicycles we were considering and answered all of our questions\. We really appreciated that he never tried to upsell us or pressure us into a more expensive option\. It made the entire purchasing experience comfortable and enjoyable\. We’re very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Trek Bicycle of West University Houston!
