They then offered me a $30 gift card if I paid for the $30 membership. I hate when companies use tactics like that. If I had just said yes the first time, I wouldn't have got the gift card? Anyway, I declined again and another worker came over and started giving me their sales pitch. I politely said no again and the energy got really weird and the rest of the transaction became uncomfortable. I regret not ending the transaction and taking my money elsewhere. Pretty cool store, but I won't be back.

Coming here and getting fitted and testing out backpacks really was a great experience. I have to say I also had a great experience at the store on westheimer in Houston but they were super crowded and the backpack selection wasn’t as good as the one in tomball. Same size store just that the store in tomball is less crowded and they had all the ba k packs in stock. Definitely coming back here to get my son’s pack. Even though I’m 10 minutes from the Westheimer store and 30 minutes from the tomball store I’m going to tomball.
