The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and everyone in our group had a great time. A special thank you to Laronda Murphy, Assistant General Manager, who went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable. She was extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Her excellent customer service and leadership truly stood out, and we believe she deserves special recognition. The overall pricing felt expensive, and we felt the pizza portions/quantity could have been more generous and the pizzas could have been served faster, especially for a group celebration. Apart from that, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return. Thank you, Laronda and the Lucky Strike Georgetown team, for making our celebration so special!

It was $74 for three games of bowling and shoe rental for 2 people, and then it asked for a tip as well. We got two small appetizers and two regular sodas and that ended up being $53. There is also NO price transparency. Nowhere on the website does it list prices. The bowling alley itself is clean, service was friendly, and they had lots of ball options. But, we will not return due to how overpriced it was.

We are huge arcade people, hardcore D&B fans but it’s far so we were really excited to see this come to GTX. At first, our impression was that the staff was kind and friendly, the bowling lanes worked well and it felt clean but we felt the arcade was a bit of a money trap compared to others. Everything felt standard for what to expect at a bowling alley but not the above and beyond vibe you get at other venues. Last weekend, after spending quite a bit of time (and money) in the arcade we met the GM, Todd, and he really made our day and time there feel special. This was sort of the magic sauce this place was missing, the level of human and personality that makes a place standout over other venues. Recognizing customers who may be spending decent amount of money in their venue to enjoy experiences and upleveling it. He was keenly aware of his customers in the space and their experience, and I love seeing management like that. My fiance and I will be back more often, excited to continue to see this place grow!
