I spent 200 dollars on a ball here, their lanes completely dink the service of my ball all around a day after buying it. I give it to them to fix and they’ve had it for a solid week now, and have yet to even resurface it. It is a 30 minute job and has not been done yet. Definitely do not recommend!

A waiter NEVER came over and when asked when will one come; I was told that they didn’t have anyone working that area which is lane 44 but soon as some guys got to lane 42 (like 10 mins afterwards) there’s a waiter! But we at lane 44 had to used the QR code.

My family and I went there expecting to have a fun evening, but unfortunately, our visit ended with frustration and disappointment. When we ordered beer, we were told that our passports could not be accepted as identification. We were carrying valid, unexpired passports, which are government-issued forms of identification recognized for age verification in many situations. Despite explaining this, we were still refused service. What made the situation even more upsetting was the way we were treated. Instead of taking the time to explain the policy respectfully or trying to help us understand the reason behind the decision, we felt dismissed and singled out. The interaction left us feeling unwelcome, embarrassed, and unfairly judged. As Hispanic customers, the entire experience gave us the impression that we were being treated differently. Whether that was the intention or not, that is how it made us feel, and no customer should leave a business feeling that way. Respect and professionalism should always come first, especially when dealing with customers who are simply trying to enjoy their evening. If Lucky Strike has a policy regarding acceptable forms of identification, it should be clearly posted and consistently applied to everyone. A valid passport is one of the most secure forms of government-issued identification available, so it was very difficult to understand why it was rejected without any reasonable explanation. We came to spend money, have fun, and support this business. Instead, we left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. I sincerely hope management reviews how situations like this are handled and provides additional customer service and diversity training so that no other family has to experience what we did. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.
