  Food had to be ordered at the bar or the front desk. They were understaffed. It took almost 20 minutes to get your food order submitted then another 30 to get it. The lane we had wAs defective & they finally moved us to another lane after an hour

  If the rating was staff only, id give 5 stars. Mrs Heidi was great. Checked on us multiple times. Bar staff was great. However, for overall experience im giving 3 stars because its pretty pricey for what you're getting, in my opinion. We paid around 150 after taxes for 6 people and shoes. The lanes are older and have to have bumpers manually adjusted. Our lane only had one functional bumper. (No, we didn't care and we were offered chance to move lanes but that seemed like a lot of work and we aren't serious bowlers) but it seemed many lanes were having issues with one thing or another. I would advise everyone who wants to bowl here to look on Groupon to get better pricing. You have to buy 24 hrs before you plan to come. I would say the pricing you get on Groupon is worth it. However, the full price with no discounts is a little hard to swallow given age of lanes, equipment, shoes, etc. We got the sampler, it was exactly what you'd imagine bowling alley snacks to be. Again, id like to express how wonderful the staff was, I feel bad not giving 5 stars because they were so nice, but the place is just a bit dated and pricey without discounts.

  Staff was very friendly. Our server, Calyn, was very attentive and welcoming. Drinks were a little overpriced, but good. I recommend the Boarding Pass cocktail. The food is also surprisingly good for bowling alley standards, at least in my experience. Overall, it was a very fun time and I will be returning in the future

  Absolutely incredible experience. Came in planning to bowl one game and somehow lost three hours, $47, and the last bit of emotional stability I had left. The lanes were so oily my ball traveled like it was trying to escape the country. Pizza tasted like it was forged during the Great Depression, but somehow I kept eating it like a raccoon behind a dumpster. The arcade machines operate on a beautiful mix of luck and electrical failure. One claw machine stared back at me like it knew my tax history. Staff looked exhausted in the exact way nurses and battlefield medics do, but they still handed out shoes with the thousand-yard stare of true professionals. One guy bowled a 280 while drinking two pitchers alone and arguing with his ex on speakerphone. Honestly the most athletic thing I’ve ever witnessed.

  This is an excellent venue for bowling. There are plenty of lanes, 54. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive to whatever the bowlers’ needs are. Special shout out to Heidi. She is always ready to help, has great customer skills, and always has a pleasant smile on her face. I really enjoy interacting with her.
