I am excited to work out, not only because of the programs but the staff. It is a place of community and the workouts are never boring and always challenging. There never is a competitive vibe (except maybe hitting class count milestones!) and it is very inclusive.

Boxing bags are hung at varying lengths to accommodate members’ different heights to make sure you don’t compromise your punches and form to get the best workout. Individual bench seats and weights allows you to push at your own pace to easily flex your strength exercises even if that means modifications. I’m excited to start in my new gym home…I’m ready to Rumble!!
