    Do NOT purchase any bike rack from this company. I bought a rack recently and a car dinged it while parked at a supermarket lot in Jackson hole. This resulted in the bottom portion that inserts into the hitch on my truck being slightly bent causing a slight wobble. The person who hit me was uninsured so rather than replace the entire rack (I had it on the truck for only a week) I contacted Rocky Mounts to order that specific part (it attaches to the rack with a single bolt so easy to swap in a new piece). Customer service told me that they could not provide a replacement part until MID SEPTEMBER (3 months away!!!). I explained that I needed the part asap as I am overlanding for the next few months and the rack is wobbly. They said they could do nothing. I then asked if they could take the part out of a set and replace it in September. Not possible. I asked to speak to a manager and was told --- WE HAVE MANY CUSTOMERS FACING THE SAME PROBLEM AND THE MANAGEMENT POLICY IS THEY WILL NOT TAKE A PART FROM A SET. I was completely appalled at this and informed them that I would plaster reviews everywhere online. They didn't seem to care nor did this prompt them to change the policy. So here we are. What I ended up doing was bringing the rack to a mechanic shop and had them weld the rack to my truck hitch. This fixes the wobble but the rack remains bent so far from ideal. But at least the rack will not be loose and at risk of eventually snapping off completely. This is the worst customer service EVER. Nothing comes close. THREE MONTHS for a spare part. How this company is still in business is beyond me given they admit that this is a common occurrence

    Great store but staff were useless. So many staff standing around and talking and not checking iut customers. I waited in a long line just to have Joseph walk away leaving all of us line to wait for no reason. The staff need to learn how to help customers better.

    I received a horrible customer service from Michelle today over the phone. I needed to place an item on hold and she was so rude and rushed my call, even gave me the 800 number to call so they could put it on hold in her store. What??? I even told her that I could pay for the item over the phone., since I was driving to Houston. She refused. The most aggravating and Funny thing was that she never once asked me what was the item I was interested in buying. Way to dismiss people MICHELLE!
