I am a long time cyclist that has dealt with countless different bike mechanics/shops and the “mechanics” there were by far the least knowledgeable/incompetent I’ve ever encountered. I won’t get into the details of how they didn’t know what they were doing, but they were very rude which is the main reason for this review. I wouldn’t take my sons huffy there, let alone a bike worth any real value. Go to Trek down the street, they’ve got actual mechanics that know what they’re doing and are kind/knowledgeable. I wouldn’t have even left this review if they were nicer people.
