  Great experience buying my bicycle here! The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this cycling shop!

  ​For the past 3 years I have periodically taken my e-bike to the local Trek Store in Flower Mound for service . Mind you this was not warranty service nor connected to the motor or Electronics . These were mechanical issues, chain, brake pads etc. I did not buy the e-bike from trek because 4 years ago when I purchased it , no one locally had a mid-priced ebike . However when I would take my bike to trek, they would service it and I would pay their service fee which was not cheap but I appreciated that they would work on my bike. In fact they couldn't have been nicer. Today I took my bike back into the store for a brake issue . Actually I told him I was willing to pay them to not only adjust my brakes but I would pay them to show me how . The young man said they couldn't service anything but trek bikes. I informed them they had done it three times before and he said they changed their policy. Since originally purchasing my e-bike, they're store now carries more reasonable price bikes and I am looking to upgrade. However I won't be using their business. I went down the street to Cadence bicycles shop at Lakeside and they could not have been nicer. They said although there were certain things they might not be able to fix, all of the common things and the mechanical things they were happy to fix. They now have my business and trek can go kiss a hospital mop .​

  I had an outstanding experience working with Charlie and Ray. Charlie was incredibly responsive, honest, and took the time to answer every question I had throughout the process. Ray did a fantastic job with my bike fitting and clearly knows his craft. Neither of them ever made me feel rushed, they genuinely wanted to make sure everything was done right. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and these two absolutely exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back for future service and purchases. Highly recommend!

  Been to a lot of bike shops in DFW/around the US and this is HANDS DOWN, the best shop experience I have ever had. Came in on a whim to get a helmet since I was far from home and had forgotten my sons…Peter was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic with my toddler. He ensured my son had the right fit, gave me insight on some of the trails and best drop in spot for us, and even made sure that we had Gatorade for the ride. Luckily, I visit the area frequently for appointments so I will be using this shop a lot more now. Thank you guys for being a great example of what I wish more bike shops were like. This felt like being in a Sewell dealership, but for bikes.👍🏽
