  We were a bit disappointed. Payed almost 60 dollars for two people. We were so excited to get in the pool however the second we stepped in the water were rudely whistled at. Me and my brother stood there confused for a moment before he finally let us know the pool was closed. It’s not like there were any signs up or ropes on the entrance. We weren’t the only ones either, I saw a family get whistled at for getting too close to the pool. Nice facilities though.. everything was clean and looked good. I wish we were able to do more than just sit in the sun. Update.. they gave us a pass to come another day and use the facilities when the pool is open. Lifeguards were still rude though.

  We went on a Thursday so it wasn’t as crowded as the weekend. All I can say is that the staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I took a friend who needed a wheelchair to get around, and he had a blast. Our server made sure our beverages were always cold and ready when needed. The lazy river was relaxing. Don’t forget to wear sandals if you use the water slides, the staircase was hot from the sun. They also give a generous military discount for admission. I’d go again in a heartbeat.

  We got there and thought wed be able to get in quickly because we bought tickets online- we still were told to wait in the same line to get in, mind you it was busy and we wait almost 40 minutes to get inside in the hot sun. Then they tell us that there is no re entry, you cant rent lockers, and theres such a limit amount of space to put your things- we had to share one lounge chair for both of our things. No showers on site either , at least not for day passes. Hardly any shade and the pool is honestly better for smaller children, as the lazy river is small and not wide enough - two people having the tubes and they block the entire width. Only good thing is pool was clean and lifeguards were professional.

  I am very disappointed with my experience. After paying nearly $500 two weeks in advance, I still had to wait in line for more than 30 minutes just to get inside. This is completely unacceptable. I expected a much better-organized entry process, especially after purchasing my tickets well ahead of time. Paying in advance should make the experience smoother, not result in long delays. The poor organization and excessive wait time took away from what should have been an enjoyable experience. I hope you improve your entry process so future customers do not have to go through the same frustration.

  I was so excited when this place opened, but it has gone completely downhill. When I first went, I was admittedly disappointed by how shallow the pool is and how small the club feels, but it still managed to feel somewhat upscale. Unfortunately, that didn't last. They started hosting a bunch of shows, which attracted an entirely different crowd and ruined the vibe completely. So much for the "upscale swim club" marketing. During these shows, the pool gets packed, the water gets absolutely disgusting, and they don't enforce any age restrictions, which is a major safety concern. It really doesn't help that the pool is incredibly shallow. I am super short, and it still feels more like a kiddie pool than an adult day club. Not to mention the food is completely subpar for the price, and I was incredibly unfortunate to end up with a nasty, three-month-long skin rash after swimming here during a show. Save your money. There is absolutely nothing exclusive or luxury about this place anymore. It’s a shame because this place had a great concept and genuine potential. Instead, whoever is running it completely dropped the ball and let it go totally downhill.
