  Love the pool clean and staff friendly. Food was amazing and service excellent! Vicente and Jorge where very helpful and gave us great recommendations. I got cobb salad and shrimp tacos super good!

  The vibes are cool, but the staff is horrible. Apparently spitting in a trash can equals being drunk and kicked us out.

  I had a great experience at The Elmont at first. The venue was nice, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, that completely changed after my phone was stolen while I was there. The employees who initially helped me were incredibly kind and supportive. They told me to go inside and wait while they worked on getting everything situated and contacting the police. After sitting inside for a while, I went to the bar simply to ask if there were any updates. At that point, one of the managers began accusing me of being drunk and told me I had to leave. I tried explaining what was going on and later asked another employee if I could borrow a phone so I could call the police and make a report since my phone had just been stolen. The same manager came outside again, continued insisting that I was drunk, and told me to leave. Later, while I was making the police report, my mom needed to use the restroom. When we went back inside, the same manager refused to tell us where the restrooms were and claimed they were closed. Thankfully, another employee standing nearby was kind enough to tell us where they were. This was an incredibly upsetting experience. I was alone when my phone was stolen and was already extremely distressed and having a panic attack. Being reassured by employees that they were going to help me, only to then be kicked out and repeatedly accused of being drunk while I was trying to report a theft, was horrible. I’m very grateful to the employees who initially treated me with kindness and tried to help, but the way this manager handled the situation was completely unacceptable and made an already frightening situation significantly worse. I truly hope management reviews how situations like this are handled in the future, because someone who has just been the victim of a theft should not be treated this way while asking for help.

  My favorite swimming place!!! I come here almost every weekend! Staff is amazing helpful & friendly! Managers Jacob & Phillip are always taking care of us and making sure we have everything we need!!
