- SBSofia BecerraMay 2, 20261.0I was singled out of using a VIP facility, automatically from exiting the stall— although paying for the VIP services — Someone had caused a disturbance resembling a description similar to mine and aside from vetting me out or checking their actual video cameras — they decided to boot me out of my attendance along with my husbands. Mind you— as we were stuck outside of the venue wondering why and what we were going to do, we came across the people who were actually causing the disturbance…. They didn’t care and neither did the venture about our misplaced reputations, so we lost out on our VIP, money and experience. This was our first time out since becoming parents here in El Paso….. this was a truly crazy experience. I’d like to add that they were pulling me to a restroom without my knowing— i only thought it was weird that I was being pulled somewhere private when my husband was asking about why they were separating us ……. I felt very racially profiled. Will be pressing further charges .

These people have no idea how to run an actual swim club. Poor management and the overall feeling left us having no desire to go back. Might as well be a community pool.
- YLYesenia LugoApr 13, 20265.0Fui a un evento de un DJ pero el lugar es hermoso, muy limpio, personal capacitado, amable, lo único que no me pareció es que la venta de alcohol el precio variaba de un stand a otro, básicamente te cobran lo que se les da la gana, en una ocasion nos cobraron 20 dólares por 2 cervezas y en otras 10 o 15, desconozco si es tema del hotel o del evento pero tener cuidado con eso
