  I was referred to Trek Bicycle in Cypress by a sporting goods retailer after I was unable to find what I needed. The Trek representative was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I was able to find the obscure part I needed to repair my bike.

  I cannot say enough positive things about the team at Trek Bicycle Cypress. From our very first visit to every encounter since, they have consistently made my family and me feel genuinely welcomed, appreciated, and cared for. What stands out most is that the experience never feels transactional. They take the time to get to know you, understand your needs and goals, and make sure you leave feeling confident and supported. Curt has been exceptional every time I have come into the store. His kindness, warm demeanor, and extensive knowledge of bikes and cycling immediately make you feel comfortable and welcome. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure you are not only happy with your bike, but that it is properly fitted and adjusted specifically for you. He takes the time to explain things, answer questions, and make sure everything feels right rather than simply trying to make a sale. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the person riding the bike. Mike has a way of making you feel less like a customer and more like family. He is incredibly welcoming and makes a genuine effort to ensure that when you walk through the door, you feel valued, and when you leave, you feel authentically cared for. That level of personal attention and sincerity is something that is increasingly difficult to find. Josh has also been an incredible resource. He makes sure you are armed with the knowledge you need to make purchases that actually fit your needs, goals, and riding style. He encourages you to learn more about cycling, understand your own needs and goals, and expand your knowledge of bikes, gear, accessories, and the sport as a whole.
