  Everyone here is very friendly and efficient. They fixed all three of our bikes for us within about a week and a half. We call them the bike doctors, and we really appreciate their help. ✨

  I've been going to this Trek for a long time and experienced a few cycles of crews. They have always been helpful but the current staff is just simply amazing. Shout out to Curt and Josh. Whatever Trek is paying them isn't enough. They need a raise! They are super helpful, knowledgeable, and good people. Best in town, hands down.

  The guys at TREK are top notch. They go out of their way to make sure whatever issue you have is solved. Amazing staff! Will go to this location a thousand times over.

  My son and I put together a bike for my daughter that we purchased from another store. I'm not the best at putting things together and didn't feel the best about letting her ride it without having a professional look the bike over. I called Trek Bicycle because they were very close to me and asked if I could bring it in for them to look at. They said no problem and so I did. I walked in, well actually Curt saw me walking in wit the bike and came out and opened the door for me. I then went up to the front and Mike came out and greeted me. Then asked what's going. I told him the situation and he proceeded to put the bike up on the rack and look it over from head to toe, including the brakes. He explained a couple of bike maintenance items I should always be aware of and made things easy to understand. I'm not very knowledgeable on bikes and the maintenance needed for them. He also said my son and I did a pretty good job putting the bike together, I was shocked! Ha Ha I couldn't be happier with their customer service and knowledge they shared. If I ever need a bike that matters, I will definitely go there. They had so many nice looking bikes and the store was very cool. Thank you Curt & Mike!

  I visited the Trek Cypress, Texas location several times while learning about different bikes, and each time I walked in, Josh Bordelon greeted me right away. We initially looked at the Verve, but after learning more from Josh, I ultimately decided to purchase an FX Sport 6. Josh was incredibly patient and took the time to explain the features of each bike. He let me test‑ride multiple models and helped me choose the additional equipment I needed. I even returned the next day to buy a bike computer based on his guidance. I never imagined I would spend this much on a bike, but I’ve loved every second on my new Trek. I’m grateful to Josh and the entire Trek Cypress team for their patience and support as I researched and learned what would be the right fit for me. Their service was excellent, and everyone was very kind. I’m 57 and may not be the typical “bike guy,” but I absolutely love riding my new Trek and I’m already feeling the fitness benefits. On my very first ride, my pace increased by 2.5 mph, and I completed my longest ride since returning to cycling.
