  I bought a Trek bike from this shop a couple of years ago, and the service has been absolutely top drawer. They are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and focused on quick service. I took my bike in today with a flat tyre and even though they were super busy they asked if I needed it to ride today, and they fixed it on the spot. Extra marks for the use of the word “vicariously” which I seldom hear in retail/ service outlets in Texas. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

  Outstanding customer service!! Although this is Trek store, I saw they had a sign out front a few weeks ago that said they service all makes of bike. My road bike is not a Trek, is relatively new, but started making an annoying clicking sound when I pedaled. I could not determine the cause or how to fix on my own. Brought bike over to Trek Coppell on a Saturday afternoon. One of the gentlemen in the service area listened to my issue, put the bike up on the rack, and checked and adjusted a few things where necessary. I took bike out to the parking lot, rode it, and the sound was thankfully gone. He also provided some advice on shifting relationship of front and rear shifters. All of this in under 20 minutes or so. When it is time for routine maintenance or to fix a future issue this is where I will definitely return.
