Unfortunately the worst customer service provider there is Alexandra the store manager. Refused to accept a return of a disty Merrel hiking shoe but there were returned shoes that had teeth marks and was completely unreasonable in her explanation why. If she was remotely pleasant I would give five stars, just avoid dealing with her.

From the moment we entered he and the rest of the staff helped us with every question and need. They took the time to appropriately size us for backpacks and sleeping bags. I promise you I've never been so well taken care of at a store. They also made sure to help us get the most amount of discounts. I honestly think it was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Definitely recommend going on a Monday afternoon like today. Last comment is that the space is huge and they have a ton of stock. It was really nice to see so many options. Another shout out for the clean bathrooms!
