  The service advisor took time to explain the upgrades I was requesting, as well as the cost and time it would take. The service was completed on time and did not exceed the estimate. When I picked up my bike, the sales clerk also helped me to install my cleats at no extra charge.

  Went to the Research location bc it’s around the corner from my office. I only needed a helmet and Dino was able to help me find a perfect match. My fav color, super safe design, and a price I couldn’t find anywhere else. Will be back for any bicycle needs.

  **Trek Bicycle Research Austin -- Outstanding Community Partner for Girl Scouts!** Bluebonnet Circle Service Unit had an incredible experience at Trek Bicycle Research, and we can't say enough about the team there. Store Manager Jud, along with Tristan and Logan, put together a truly excellent curriculum that helped our Cadettes earn their Pedal Power patch. It was educational, engaging, and perfectly tailored for a wide age range. A special shoutout goes to Bailey, whose collaboration through NICA made this event even more meaningful. Having a young woman speak to our Girl Scouts about cycling and camping was exactly the kind of role model moment we look for. She connected with the girls in a way that was authentic and inspiring. From start to finish, this was a **fantastic event led by genuine experts** who clearly care about their community. Trek Bicycle Research didn't just host us, they partnered with us. That kind of commitment to youth programming and community connection is rare, and we're so grateful for it. Thank you, Trek Research, for making this a memorable experience for our girls. We'll be back!

  I'm really happy with the Trek Marlin 5 bike that I've purchased last month, you can tell Dino is very passionate about bikes and gave me some advice on maintaining my bikes, at $920 (including tax) it rides like a $1,500 bike as I'm able to ride it efficiently from the North part of Austin to the south part of Austin with little effort.
