  Super helpful staff. One of the guys spent an hour helping me pick out my new E-bike and I love it! They even delivered it to my apartment and also came by again to do a quick repair. Best purchase I've made all year.

  One word for the service department: surly. A great bike brand, a bad attitude. I've been going here since it was Bicycle Sports Shop. I've bought half a dozen bikes here over the years. I've gotten service here any time I needed it. Recently I took my sons e-bike in with a flat and requested a tire liner or something to prevent constant flats from a teen rider who often doesn't think about the terrain. I was kinda dismissed - those things cause more flats than they prevent. I've used liners for 25 years and never had anything but flat prevention, but ok. Plus we don't have any. Ok. Well I guess just fix the tire then. 2 days later. $80 later. I had to call, umm, have you been able to fix that flat yet? oh yea, it's ready. Umm ok. At the end of the day - was there anything else wrong? No. Ok, yeah I got some alerts yesterday morning (the bike has some anti-theft protection) seemed like you were working on it then, but then I didn't hear anything. Yeah, just takes time you know. Umm ok. One week later. Another flat.

  I purchased my bike online and picked it up at the Trek store on South Lamar, where Isaiah was incredibly helpful. As a first-time bike owner, I had about a million questions, and he patiently answered every single one. He also showed me how to remove the front wheel so I could fit the bike in my car and made sure I felt comfortable before leaving. When I later ran into an issue changing the axle to fit my indoor trainer, I went back and Crawford and Jim were amazing. They resolved the issue, and Jim walked me through how to change the axle correctly. Everyone was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to teach me. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and I would absolutely recommend this location!

  Alex was amazing through my whole experience. He helped me when I came by to rent a bike for a weekend. His experience and knowledge of the different bikes available to rent helped the rental process and getting me on the way happy to come back again.

  The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating. A returning rider after 25 years, they explained how modern bikes work, what to know, etc. I brought in cages (as I don't use clips -yet) and I had assembled them backwards. No problem! They refit them and installed them along with my cadence/speed sensors and setup my wahoo cycle comp. They then helped me pick out a helmet and gloves and bike bag. True, it's sales for them, but better than pointing to "it's over there" and leaving me to figure things out. Things have changed in the past 25 years - a lot - and I appreciate their patience and conversation to discuss biking in the current day and what to look out for going forward. Finally, they helped me load my bike on my car roof rack. I cannot commend and recommend this store and staff enough.
