  Scott K. absolutely killed it! Buying a $13k Trek SLR is a major investment, but my experience with Scott felt entirely removed from your typical, high-pressure sales environment. We just connected as humans. There was a genuine, common understanding between us that went way beyond just trying to sell a bike. He took the time to truly understand me—how I wanted to ride, my personal philosophy on cycling, and my thoughts and hesitations about spending this much money. There was absolutely zero pressure. In fact, I left the shop that first day without buying anything and came back days later entirely on my own terms. I returned because the feeling was right and I knew I was working with someone who actually "got" it. If you want to buy a bike from someone who cares more about the rider and the relationship than making a quick sale, ask for Scott K. I couldn't be happier with my Trek SLR and the entire experience. To be honest the rest of the team there was really kool on a human level I would make this trek headquarters the folks were totally kool !

  The bike is great but Andrew on the sales team was absolutely amazing. I asked him 1000 questions and not only was he patient in walking me through every inquiry, but his passion for the sport really shone through and I could tell he was excited to be sharing it with me. 10/10, will be recommending this location to all my friends and 10/10, highly recommend Andrew as the salesman you work with at this location.

  I ordered a trek rear cargo rack from you guys. The corner of it looks like it was scraped across concrete. Scraped through the black paint down to bare metal, it’s impossible to not notice it. The box it came in is not damaged. I think it was damaged before you shipped it to me. I understand it functions just the same but I don’t think I should have to pay full price for something that is damaged.

  Hired the Service department to install a foam liner in my e-bike wheel. They blamed me b/c the new tire I brought them busted. When it busted b/c they over inflated the tube. They didn’t say anything about the tube other than it was still intact in the tire. Didn’t realized until I took it apart at home. Don’t waste your money here.
