  This is my store. Whenever I feel sad I go browse and imagine camping with all the gear. The prices are kind of high if you’re not a member, if you are you are you better keep an eye on sales and also just get your butt in the store. I'd say 3/4 of my purchases are discount or my favorite section is where you can buy basically brand new stuff but for some reason the person didn’t want. Their trash, my treasure. Customer service, the best you will ever find. Everyone is so helpful and they want to make you happy and it's a great experience

  I have been at REI Co-op member for just over 26years. This store Has some of the most entitled and Snootiest, associatesI have ever encountered. I will never shop this store again. The only reason I gave it two stars is REI is still one of my favorite stores for premium outdoor gear

  I purchased a Thule Motion XL cargo box online. After opening the packaging, there was no key included with the shipping box to unlock and open it and my trip was in two days!Thankfully, Nick, one of the helpful associates, came to the rescue. Since REI stores are official Thule dealers, he was able to open the box for me and solved my dilemma. My road trip to the mountains is now off to a great start. Thank you REI for your expertise and friendly service.
