I had an annoying seat post issue on my Specialized bike and he methodically and efficiently addressed the problem on the spot. Really appreciate the bike people there and it's a big reason I'm a regular REI patron. thanks!
- BEBig EJJun 29, 20265.0The greatest service I have ever experienced in a store in all 18 years of living. Got helped specifically by Adam, absolute legend. Helped fit me a backpack he was legit specifically measuring the packs looking up for me if they would be carry on items on British airways (because I told him I would be living in england). Next he helped me grab a tent specifically for what I would need at an extremely low price. (I’m a complete beginner so he was very helpful even help me set it up). He genuinely cared and was awesome. Next the whole staff was kind from the register to the shoe items everyone wanted to help, I think that ultimately roots from having Adam as a manager. Even the workers mentioned how awesome Adam was. Adam you’re a legend. I’m now a REI member for life.
