My friend needed some things for an upcoming hiking and running trip and we walked over after having lunch nearby downtown - she was able to find almost everything she needed in this one stop and staff were happy to help her find and make suggestions.

- HBHerbert BergerAug 14, 20261.0I walked in to this location today and no one greeted me, walked past someone who works there who didn’t acknowledge me and once I got to the section I was trying to find he was there again this time with another associate neither of them acknowledged me for a second time and when I looked confused trying to find something they were too busy with a conversation of their own. I know I could had asked for help and I would had gotten it but that’s beside the point. I have worked retail for many years and at a basic level you greet someone who walks in to your store and if you see someone looking for something you help them, that’s your job. Funny thing is I had applied for a position at this location but after this review I think I won’t get hired, if they hired me though I could make this a much better place.

Immediately put it to wash and as it was drying i decide to check on my clothes and I feel a lump in this jacket- I found all this trash including an unopened reeses cup that got all gooey inside the front top pocket of the jacket. The inside of the pocket stained brown. If you’re going to sell used items the least you could do is check the item entirely and ensure something like this doesn’t happen? This could have been much worse had I not checked on my clothes before the end of the dry cycle. I trusted this would not happen when buying from this section of the store. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional.
