- CHCollin HuntSep 22, 20265.0The bike department staff have always been very helpful and quick to get you back on the road
- KWKyle WoodsSep 19, 20263.0If you are heading to climb some peaks in Patagonia and Nat Geo is picking up the tab, REI is your stop. Nice store, too much help, prices are steep, products are top notch. Maybe a little much for average outdoors peeps.
- S3Section 31Sep 15, 20261.0The staff is friendly but GOOD GOD their quality of products has gone DOWN HILL; I brought in two pair of Keens that are falling apart with little use and told…. “Sorry our return policy has been revised to ONE year” I find it funny how they revised their return policy at the same time their suppliers moved manufacturing to China! I contacted Keen, they literally said…… “Our Chinese manufacturing partners used a sub standard glue; buy some Barges rubber cement and glue your shoes back together.”
