The bowling prices are better than many other places, and they have many arcade games, so we still had a fun time. However, the food service was very slow. We waited about 1 hour before someone helped us, and the chicken tenders were not good. The bowling system also seems old and needs to be updated. The website advertised “Unlimited Sundays,” but we were only allowed to play for 2 hours. I also had a bad experience while making a reservation. There were two options: “Express Checkout” and “Proceed to Checkout.” I chose Express Checkout, and my credit card was charged, but I never received a confirmation. I called the location right away, and they said they did not have any booking under my name. Since the money was deducted, I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Overall, the bowling and arcade games were fun, but the service, food, reservation system, and bowling equipment need improvement.

- MCMike ChouJun 22, 20263.0We celebrated Father’s Day at Lucky Strike yesterday. We had a good time bowling with our boys and the service they provided was very good. While we were bowling, half the screens showed a FIFA game and half the screens showed music videos. Many of the music videos were not appropriate and definitely not family friendly. The truth is that it is not needed as no one goes bowling to see those types of videos. Lucky Strikes is a good place to bowl, but we will probably try a different place next time.
- MHMegan HartmanJun 7, 20263.0This gets a three because the staff tried really hard to make it better when everything went wrong repeatedly. We had to go to 4 different lanes. The first lane was next to a large party that was taking up our lanes seating as well. Not their fault and they happily moved us. Thw second lane we were at ate our balls and would not return them. We had to wait while someone went to fix it. About 5 minutes later we were good to go, but then every time it tried to reset the pins the pin setter knocked at least one pin over. They moved us one lane over. Third lane we got through one frame before the left bumper would not engage when my kid was bowling. They moved us again. The 4th lane worked thankfully. They offered us a free game today for the inconvenience, but we had only intended to bowl one game, so that wasn't happening. They did give us a free soda when we ordered one, so that was nice. Otherwise it was ok. Good ball selection. The lanes were too dark and we could not see the markings on the lanes until we were right up on the lane which made it difficult. They had the black light cool mood lighting going on at 2pm on a Sunday. It was definitely not the mood we were looking for. The arcade was nice. Several of the claw machines were outright broken but not labeled as such and we were not compensated for the credits used when the claw literally could not move. The prize wall is cool, but there is no real way to earn the significant points to earn even the small items. So if you are looking for that game to prize ratio it is not worth it. If you are just looking to have fun playing games it is pretty nice. As my husband, a person who league bowled for decades, said, this is fine for people who don't know much about bowling, and don't really care if they are good or not. If they are good at bowling, or care, this probably is just going to frustrate them. But the staff tried, and $50 for three of us to bowl one game (with shoe rentals) isn't a bad price.
