  To start off I’ve never been go karting and had no idea what I was doing. Unfortunately for me I was in the front the first two times I went and made mistakes both times (went the wrong direction and also ended the race too early and pulled in when I wasn’t supposed to) and the staff was beyond nice and funny and just turned an awkward situation into a fun one. Seriously everyone is so nice and it was just a great vibe. Bonus points for having hair ties because I completely forgot one.

  Attendant at the front was not the friendliest. Inquired about the different packages that were offered and her reply after a sigh was . . . "we'll be here all night" before rambling them off extremely fast. Every time I asked her a question, it was as if I was bothering her although she was at work. Now on to a better note. The young man named Andre who took care of us on May 16th was extremely friendly, helpful, personable, and customer service oriented. He answered questions (with a smile) when asked about the different tracks and he was happy to do it. You can tell he loves his job and what he does. He had a smile on his face the entire time. Got in his line twice because of how kind and polite he was. Came from Ohio to the area and will be back next year. Hopefully this young man is there. He is the kind of person to you need representing your company and brand. Kudos to Andre. He deserves a raise and recognition! I'm giving Andre a "5" not Evilene the cashier as she earned 1 star. Andre it was a pleasure speaking with you on Saturday.

  Loveless, Andy and Jeff took the best care of us! We cannot begin to explain how good our experience was because of them. Great job! I think raises are in order. 😁

  Andrea, the race instructor was a big help. My daughter was having trouble with her seat belt. He took the time to fix it as he should, but didn't make her feel rushed and was very courteous. What a great place to bring the family!

  If I could give zero stars then I would. This place crushed a little boy and his excitement to go riding on a kart. He’s been before and loved it. The only reason was because he’s a few days under 3 and it’s nothing to do with safety. He meets height requirements and being 3 wasn’t gonna change how safe he was gonna be. This place has lost all respect and business from me.
