My wife and I purchased both a zip line and a guided utv tour. Sky Alex and Jay lead our journey for the zip line and where all awesome and professional.. they joked around with us but kept things safe. My wife was terrified but she still took the quite literal leap anyway. And there was the utv tour....oh my. People I thought the zip line would be the highlight, I was wrong! Brad and Alex had us rolling up and down a mountain with gusto and safety in mind. If you visit Wildside I do both I definitely suggest doing the zip line first..... I can not say enough how thrilled I am that I took this journey and how awesome Wildside is... can't wait to do it again!

I am absolutely not an adrenaline lover. That natural anxiety that kicks in when you feel in danger- not for me. BUT This was AWESOME! I’ve zip lined before, smaller and closer to the ground. I know it’s very safe unless a freak accident occurs. With that in mind we grabbed it gear and hopped on a truck to the top. The top was far, the top was very high. Almost to the top I started thinking about what if I backed out.. and realized the drive down would take twice as long as the zip. Once at the top we stood on a platform overlooking the line and it actually made it not so scary but once hooked up waiting to get the green light- your mind can start to wander. Nerves start to kick back in. Once we started it was a blast. Long enough to look around ( keep mouth closed - trust me) lol. You go fast but not so fast that you’re begging for mercy. I felt totally safe and had a great time. Love that you can add on a go pro to capture it for a small fee. Would highly recommend. I’m pretty sure it’s the longest, fastest, highest in the country it said? Very cool!

If you’re looking for a great experience, look no further. WildSide has so much to offer. We did the zipline and a UTV tour, and absolutely regretted not doing the electric mountain bike experience. You could spend an entire day here, and I highly recommend you consider doing so. The property is beautiful, employees are super hospitable, facilities are clean, everyone is friendly and welcoming. They provide lockers at no extra cost, there’s a shop with a variety of products, and the parking lot is nearby if you’re bringing supplies to spend the majority of the day. I can’t say enough good things. I brought my own GoPro and the staff helped ensure I received equipment I could easily attach it to. Every experience was a worthwhile adrenaline rush. We had so much fun here. You have to check it out if you’re within the area. 10/10

I had a great time with my family of 4- kids aged 9, 11 on the utv tour. My son has always asked to go Atv riding but he’s too young by himself and this was a great experience for us all! My husband says this was his favorite activity during our week in the smokies by far! Easy to book online ahead of time. Goes without saying but be sure to wear clothes you’re ok getting a little muddy- although in a 4 seater- my husband and daughter got much more than my son and I who sat in back (relatively clean at the end). The facility itself (base camp) was clean, modern, plenty of bathrooms. Smooth checkin (make sure you do the waivers at the stations before standing in line) with friendly guides. There is a chance to switch drivers halfway and you’re also given time to take pictures (nice view). Of note- the first half seemed more tame and probably easier to drive than the second half. We got our share of inclines, tight curves, mud and rocks to feel like a true off-road experience! Of note- everyone needs eye protection and you can bring your own, they also provide them too. Ponchos are provided in case it rains but I think that would only add to the adventure. We drove a commander but they also have another model for 4 and 2 seaters that are easier to maneuver because of shorter length. Great overall experience for all of us!
