Purchased the Park Hopper pass today for a family of 7; while the rides were enjoyable, the young male attendant (long hair with lip piercings) displayed an abhorrent attitude, yelling at customers and speaking to individuals in a condescending manner. He attempted to give verbal instructions without any form of voice amplifying device while 8-10 go carts were running. Consumers pay for the entire experience and paid employees should conduct themselves with a higher level of professionalism.

Timothy (staff there) is an absolute legend. He made our visit by letting my brother have the slick track to himself for a run. He’s a real one!
SpeedZone has three fun tracks (fav was Tennessee Twister), affordable pricing, and one of my favorite features: your activities stay on a card, so you can leave, explore Pigeon Forge, and come back later instead of rushing through everything.
Only downside is that GoPros aren’t allowed, but the racing is an absolute blast. We’ll definitely be back!

Me and my fiancé had A blast at speed zone track! A great thing to do in between activities in pigeon Forge. The staff definitely made the experience worth it, Andrew was very helpful and wanted to make sure everyone was having a good time. Nick was also super knowledgeable of the area and super helpful and overall these guys made the experience at 10 out of 10. Can’t wait to go back.

3 very cool tracks. They don’t take bumping too seriously though. It’s a race, I get it. But I got pitted by another driver into the wall and no one cared. They didn’t even stop the race. That’s not a big deal though. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the bumpy course on a fast turn on the red track. The course is not maintained and it’s like hitting potholes in a go cart. Otherwise a lot of fun. I recommend the hopper pass that gives you access to 3 race tracks. I went morning on a weekday and I never waited more than one race.

We were originally just coming in for a single ride, but in talking with the attendant it was a better deal and we could do three different tracks. We did two here and one at laser port. I didn’t realize until too late that I had a coupon for the park hopper (which is unfortunate 🫠). If they have coupons plastered everywhere why wouldn’t they just offer them when paying? I wish he would have guided us a little more about which tracks we should try. We did two here and one at laser port. We wish we would have only done one here as they were basically the same track. We talked with the attendees after our first ride and they recommended the laser port track. Everyone was very friendly. They do charge a $3 card activation fee. The tracks were fun but very bumpy and obviously it’s the luck of the draw if you get a fast one. These tracks also have double seater go karts! I do have to say the tracks were so bumpy and not in a good way. Overall we had a good experience!
