  I absolutely love this Trek store. They’ve earned 100% of my business for service on all my bikes, and I’ve even purchased two Trek Domanes. Every visit is a pleasure — the staff consistently treat me with the utmost respect and provide outstanding customer service. That level of care and professionalism is rare these days, and it makes me confident in recommending them to anyone looking for bike service or a new ride.

  My Aventon E-bike was damaged during a long distance move. Trek Bicycle Murfreesboro helped me with everything. Quality of workmanship is top notch.

  Trek offers a variety of premium bikes for all ages, riding levels and budgets. This is great but what really set Trek apart was the service. Natalia and her team from the Murfreesboro TN store went above and beyond to make sure that my 7 year old daughter was more than happy with her new "big girl" bike. We had initially purchased a Precaliber 24 but unfortunately it arrived damaged. Natalia offered discounts but when that wasn't enough she upgraded us to a Wahoo at no additional cost. Something I think, most other big name brands won't do. My family and I will sure continue to support Trek and the Murfreesboro store moving forward.

  Got my first "fancy" bike here today after years of riding on heavy and clunky box-store bikes. Natalie was amazing and was willing to answers all of my questions, show me how to properly use the gears on their road bikes, and help me find the perfect fit for my size (5" 0' -- 49cm Domane AL 2 Gen 4 road bike). The price of the bike itself and the gear to go with it were all relatively affordable! 🚴‍♀️💨
