  Steve was amazing. I walked in wanting just one bike. Over a few days we purchased two bikes, a bike rack and accessory for the bike rack as well as several accessories for the actual bikes. Steve helped my wife feel comfortable going through different bikes with her until she knew what she wanted. I was going to buy a used bike and then Steve and I discussed the lifetime frame warranty for the purchaser and the difference between saving a few hundred on a used bike or buying new with a warranty and no issues to worry about. The right decision was clear. If you want someone to take their time with you to get you the right bike, see Steve. Also, Steve put on all the accessories we were purchasing without being asked. We walked out the door ready to ride and we actually did that afternoon. It was a great experience.

  So glad we chose Trek Bicycle Murfreesboro to visit and purchase my new bike. We couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable person to assist with all aspects of the buying process. Love my new bike and I know I can trust them to return for any services required for my new bike. Highly recommend!

  Trek Bicycle Murfreesboro is nothing but exceptional in every way! Steve is such an amazing person! He will treat you very well and make sure your experience is the best it can be! Whether you need your bicycle repaired, serviced, want to buy a new one or get some parts and accessories, I am certain you will have a great time at this amazing store! I first visited Trek Bicycle Murfreesboro because my Velotric Summit 2 needed some attention because my gear shifting was not working properly. Steve replaced the shift cable and housing with a new one, but he ultimately discovered my derailleur was the issue that caused the cable to become a big squirrel’s nest inside the housing. When I brought him the new derailleur and shifter to fix my bike, which Velotric covered under warranty, he installed them and got everything adjusted perfectly! My bicycle now shifts the way it should, and I am grateful Steve helped me get my bicycle back into top riding condition! He is very patient, courteous and charges really fair pricing. I highly recommend going to Trek Bicycle Murfreesboro for all of your bicycle needs! The store has a great selection of all types of new Trek bicycles too! If you are wondering if you can bring your non-Trek bicycles in here for service you certainly can! There is a sign on the front door stating all makes and models can be serviced here. As I stated, I brought my Velotric electric bicycle here for a repair. My experience could not have been better! I highly recommend this gem of a place, and I am so happy to live so close!   I went into the store thinking I needed to purchase a new bike because I had broken my elbow and it hurt to lean forward. The Trek team members took my 2 year old Trek and added a hinge to the handlebars that made it work for me for a whole lot less money! I highly recommend them!

  Brought my bike in for new tires after noticing a slit in the rear tire. Ethan and Steve took the time to understand my needs and helped me select the best tire within my budget. I really appreciated their attentiveness, knowledge, and willingness to work with me. Great experience!
