Rumble Boxing Midtown Memphis has been delivering incredible workouts and growing our awesome community since April, 2023. We have a welcoming staff and many experienced and motivating instructors. We offer a variety of group classes in a high energy dance club environment where you will spend half the class on the benches doing strength exercises and core work and the other half punching safe, comfortable aqua bags. You don't need any experience or equipment - we can rent you gloves and show you all you need to know. And we've got you covered on safe, FREE parking. You can either park at the Walgreens across the street or on the lower level of Citizen Apartments off of McLean. Come give us a try! You will not be sorry you did.

The other people who talk classes here are supportive and give me the push I need to work extra hard. Coaches and fellow class goers have become my closest friends, and I am so thankful for this gym!

I purchased a membership before I left and actually booked another class for the next morning. If you're looking for a great workout experience that's totally different than "just going to the gym ", I would suggest visiting RUMBLE BOXING!!!!
