- MGMoïse Gonda2 days ago1.0Bad service and poor assistance. First of all I would advise against buying a REI e-bike like mine the Gen e1.1 Co-op e-bike. I had an issue with its charger that stopped working for no reason but they had the brilliant idea to design it with their proprietary port on it so that you can not buy a new charger easily except from them which I will disscuss after. That's first. Then when it comes to ordering a new charger through them, they say they ordered it internally but for some reason it never arrives. When you ask for delivery date or shipment information (mega classic request) they say they don't have any information nor know when it will be delivered. They are essentially almost liying to you and they also fail to inform you that you can find charger on their website and place a standard order yourself, instead of forcing you into dealing with their awkward internal order system. I am very upset and disappointed.
