  I went in to REI today to look at shoes and was immediately blown away by the kindness and care by the staff, I was treated by Sarah who made sure I felt fully comfortable and helped answer every question I had regarding shoes and insoles, and helped guide me towards the best options for my feet, as well and writing things down so I am able to order them when the next sale happens, when I mentioned I was also curious about a good rain jacket she instantly knew the perfect person to help me and personally introduced me to Maggie who once again made sure I was comfortable and helped answer all my questions. Both really got to know me as a person and not just a sale, and I absolutely appreciate them both from the bottom of my heart. To Sarah and Maggie thank you for making me feel seen and heard and not passing any judgment. To the higher ups at this REI, thank you for allowing your team to blossom and you will forever have a loyal REI shopper. Thank you again and I can’t wait to order my new shoes and rain jacket. 100/10 definitely will be back!! ❤️❤️❤️

  Staff was welcoming, polite, and knowledgeable. This is a small location relative to others ive been to, and the selection is smaller too... but still bigger than most other outdoor recreation gear stores.

  Shout out to Christopher at REI! My husband and I can be difficult fits when it comes to shoes: long narrow feet, but need a wide toe box. We also wear 14/15M and 12/13W and not many places stock our sizes and even fewer brands make them. We came in on a very busy Sunday and even though his attention was divided between 5 or 6 of us, he made sure every customer was taken care of. He even took the time to teach my husband and I a new way to tighten our laces to avoid heel slippage. Thanks, Christopher - Our Ireland and Scotland hiking trip will be much more comfortable thanks to your expertise.

  My partner and I had the most thoughtful and hospitable conversation/customer assistance with associate, Tom. He went above and beyond to help us choose several types of hiking gear. Not to mention his lovely and warm personality. REI is lucky to have such a knowledgeable person as part of the team. Thank you, Tom! 🙂
