It’s always been a positive experience during our visits! The facility is kept very clean and addresses different needs for children-especially high energy ones! You’re able to see your child from different viewing spots and there’s plenty of seating for the adults who want to kick back. We love recommending this play space to others and it’s a great meeting spot for families to come together. So glad this form of play with purpose is in our community!

We recently visited and had an absolute blast from start to finish. The atmosphere is vibrant, welcoming, and high-energy, making it an ideal destination for groups, families, or anyone looking to inject some serious fun into their week. The staff was fantastic, ensuring everything ran smoothly so we could just focus on enjoying ourselves. It is truly the ultimate venue to release some stress and active energy. We give it a flawless 10 out of 10 and will absolutely be back for more! WE LOVE THE PAYNES AND PLAY GALLATIN ❤️-The Williams Family (Ashana!)

My wife found this place and we brought our kids here today, Saturday, and what a blast. And Tatiyanna was absolutely amazing. We had a couple of spills and she came right over and cleaned it up and thought nothing of it. The space itself deserves just as much praise! Our kids absolutely loved the indoor jungle gym and games, and we were impressed by how beautifully everything is designed. There’s a sophistication and attention to detail here that you don’t often find in a children’s play place. From the colors and comfortable couches to the fixtures—even the trash cans—everything feels thoughtfully chosen and high-end. It’s playful and exciting for the kids while also feeling refined and welcoming for the adults. And again I can’t speak highly enough about the solo staff Tatiyanna, she made the experience so much better. We’ve had an amazing experience at The Play Place in Gallatin and can’t recommend it enough!

This indoor playground is an absolute gem! The facility is exceptionally clean, safe, and perfectly designed for fun across all age groups. It is rare to find a place that keeps toddlers entertained while still being engaging for older kids. They offer a great selection of snack and drink options, making it easy to stay for hours without having to pack a mini-fridge. As a bonus, the environment is welcoming and comfortable enough to bring your homeschool curriculum and get some learning done between play sessions. It truly is the perfect place to play, relax, and learn. Highly recommend!

Play Gallatin is the best play gym in the area for several reasons! To start, as a melanated person, the staff always makes me and my family feel welcomed and included. It is also located in a great location! Another important aspect is the cleanliness in the facility! The staff cleans constantly! Floors, windows, equipment, bathrooms etc are always being cleaned. That makes me have peace of mind. The play gym equipment is well thought out to make it fun for the kids but not too difficult. I appreciate that I can see my child at all times through the mesh around the play gym. It is a comfortable place to relax while your child plays AND work comfortably with plenty of table space. They have cleaning wipes around the facility which is great to quickly access. The bathroom has the cutest little toilet for toddlers! The events that are held are great, but can be a little too crowded… however, that’s to be expected at a great place! Needless to say, it’s definitely worth trying out and getting a membership because your child will want to be there 24/7! Thank you Play Gallatin for this beautiful community you’ve built and nourished!
